This is it. You are looking at the cause for my moving up two/three jean sizes. We made this cheesecake for Valentines day for ourselves... Brownie crust on the bottom... white chocolate mousse on the top, drizzled with white and milk chocolate... and on the side, a big dollop of homemade whipped cream! I have been so in love with cheesecake lately! I don't even mind the two jean sizes, it is totally worth it. Let's just hope it doesn't move to three or four sizes. ha. :)
