Karie Anne's Frozen Dessert

In Brenden's business class on Tuesday his teacher and a lot of his classmates were talking about this new-ish frozen dessert truck that everyone "had to try." Brenden and I are always down for food/dessert trucks! We went to this "must try" place called Karie Anne's and listened to devotional in the car. It was so yummy! We both order the Gelati, which is... a layer of flavored shaved ice, topped with a layer of custard, and then another layer of shaved ice. I got raspberry and Brend order tigers blood (raspberry and coconut i think?). We loved them! I think next time I would get the smallest size they have though, because mine was way too huge! 

Next time the sun is shining in Rexburg... if ever... all of my Rexburg friends need to give it a try. :) Mmm.
